quotes well I never said one hit wonder, and i never said anything about him not being American. I dont care where someone is from, I just dont Emulate and or praise people, especially people who are relatively new in the spotlight...This includes Gwin. Im just tired of people talking like hes the GOAT already. Its far too early for it. I also never denied that hes a great rider. I said I disagree with SOME of the praise he gets this early in his career. @ jmbrit, your comment was based purely on where I live and not what I said. if i had a different little flag next to my name your comment would have been different. keep your ignorant stereotyping to yourself. @1trick, if you know him personally then you actually have far more behind your opinion than most the people praising him like they do. In response, there have been several riders that have smashed their competitors in one race. I just think its too early to justify what some people say, as some take it too far. I also never said he wasn't a great rider.

quotes To be honest iem somewhat tired of the perverbial god status Hart has been given. No doubt hes one of the top riders these days. But i havent seen anything that sets him above the other top guys. He won the worlds, a single race with conditions that matched his specific skills. That doesnt put him on a pedistill in my mind. Look how long it took Peaty to win it. We all know hes one of best that ever. I guess overall i just dont agree with one particular win rocketing someone to instant limelight. Ill watch how he does the next few years before i start agreeing with some of the praise people give him

quotes I knew it. Any time a frame company signs a high profile WC racer, they develop a new DH rig. From this limited view it looks unique. Everyone keep an eye out for a new GT DH bike soon. i bet money, spy shots will surface this year.

quotes only as strong as the weakest link. in this case the B-knuckle is as weak as any previous design.

quotes every time the topic of Bender comes up, these exact comments arise. its now just funny to me. he had such an impact on our sport that he is now a household name. even seeing an exposed cliff face or random photo can bring his name to mind for most. If thats not success, and worthy of respect in the bike world. then i dont know what would be.

quotes I have a 951 from first batch. to this day is straight as an arrow. I easily rack up 150+ days a year. the bike has performed and held up above and beyond my expectations. even after denting it on the second week(my fault). Although there is no disputing that many people have had problems. I can only speculate that many of these problems develop from improper transport, care, or from using the wrong bike for the job. Example: throwing a $3000 race oriented frame with thin wall aluminum over your tailgate and racing up your local shuttle every day(often dirt roads). then complaining when you case a jump and crack the down tube right where it rests on your tail gate...Hmmm. you cant have a frame built for a decade of use, and be a weight wennie. pick one or the other. I love my 951 and will likely replace with another Intense when the time comes.

quotes I've been waiting years to see the Shiver return. two years to start saving some $$$

quotes what I take from all this: the ride quality and sensitivity of the inverted design is superb. The materials available to fox to work with are not quite up to the job. In a handful of years, I bet we'll see another attempt.

no, we didn't go down there (i've actually never ridden around the lake siskiyou trails myself), we kept it to the entertainer for this one, and people's houses. But the lake is definitely gonna be on our agenda for next year

definitely. Our film from this past year is coming out on the 30th, and teaser tomorrow. Can't wait for next year though! Hopefully we'll be able to get some more talent in there...
